Samantha graduated her 500 hr Yoga Teacher Training from Rishikesh Yogpeeth Abhayaranya in Northern India. With a focus on proper alignment for a healthy spine and restoration for a balanced mind she offers a gentle approach to practicing yoga that allows you to explore your wellbeing through thoughtful movement and introspection.
Currently an Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy student at Sarasvati Institute of Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy, her classes incorporate ancient wisdom on digestion and lifestyle habits, doshic balancing and practicing yoga with the cycles of nature.
Throughout classes you can expect a variety of pranayama, mantra chanting and asana that change with the seasons.
Outside the studio you can generally find her in the mountains, nose deep in a book or cooking something spicy and new!
