Melodee Calderon

Melodee offers an ever expanding movement practice infused with easily accessible mindfulness tools throughout to keep awareness rooted within and to create space to show up. As a lifelong dancer, she has found movement to be the most healing meditation there is and believes that when we move in interesting new ways, using the breath as a release valve, it captures the mind and brings us into present moment awareness – allowing the mind to rest from distraction to direction, returning energy back to us- which in her experience, has found to be the expanded flow state…the quiet, calm, space of extending from the core, returning to the core that is sought in daily life.
