Ana enjoys facilitating space for folks to enter and deepen their contemplative practice. She has been studying and practicing Tibetan Buddhist meditation since 2000, and has had the privileged to retreat with many teachers over the years. As a clinical social worker, Ana especially feels passionate about exploring the intersection of social justice and contemplative practice, and finding stability and sustainability in both. Ana has lead workshops utilizing meditation as a tool of self & community care, and enjoys working both one-on-one and in groups. She is currently affiliated with several groups, including Courage of Care, Foundation for Active Compassion, and Trauma Informed Oregon. New and seasoned students welcome!
