I love yoga as the fusion of breath and movement. Asana and pranayama help me to tap into that space of connectivity where the inner worlds and outer worlds so gracefully intertwine. My practice focuses on self honoring and self reverence, and taking those deep feelings of wholeness out into the world. Yoga helps me to recalibrate, to find the point of equilibrium within and to move from a place of balance and tranquility on and off the mat.
