Sound Bath + Acupuncture

September 28, 2019 @ 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm

The transformative season of Autumn brings a natural descent towards the cool darkness of Winter. We need to lighten the load by letting go of any unnecessary physical, mento-emotional and spiritual baggage that is not serving us. This allows us to stay afloat through the frosty months and re-emerge as our brightest selves in the spring. In Classical East Asian medicine, the throat, lungs, skin and large intestine are the physical correlates of the energy of Autumn. We offer you an acupuncture treatment during this sound bath therapy that will help to bring the physical, intellectual and imaginative parts of your being into an alignment that creates more balance and health in these organs.

She occasionally teaches Taiji classes through Woodlawn yoga. Bex finds pleasure in the wonder and challenge of parenting two boys, riding her beautiful Ducati scrambler, sailing with friends, scuba diving, rollerskating, running and doing Taiji and yoga.
